Printed codes never die
Labels and packaging stay in circulation for years. If you cancel a paid plan, your codes keep forwarding and your DPPs stay online for 12 months in read-only archive mode, at no extra cost. After that, archive mode costs €49 per year. If you let it end, your codes show a neutral page that names your company, never an error or an advertisement.

Questions
What counts as a Dynamic QR code?
Every code that is in use: a code with a destination, or a code in a DPP Hosting set that has a passport. Empty slots in a set do not count. Archived sets do not count either.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Nothing stops working. You simply cannot add more Dynamic QR codes or DPPs until you move to a larger plan.
What happens after the 6 free months?
Your workspace becomes read-only and your codes keep working for 30 more days. Choose a plan to continue, or let it end. After that, your codes show a neutral "moved" page.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Moving up takes effect right away. Moving down takes effect at the end of the billing period, as long as your usage fits the smaller plan.
How do I pay?
We send an invoice for the month or the year in advance. You pay by bank transfer within 14 days. EU businesses with a VAT ID are invoiced without Austrian VAT (reverse charge).
Do you offer plans for private persons?
No. dpp24.org is a service for businesses only. The free QR generator can be used by anyone.
